Meditation and Exercise is the best medicine and best habit in life. There are many levels of the exercise. If we do daily meditation and exercise then you feel very calm and every day you feel positive in every activity. It helps in many ways in daily life, while doing exercise you have to follow there rules and regulations then it works along with the proper diet.

When we do Meditation and Exercise every day then it helps you to be positive and fit and fine every day.

2. Do everyday same exercises and follow there rules and regulations.
3. Follow the diet along with it like, drink the energy drinks, fruit & vegetables, proper meal.
4. When we do Meditation then you feel very calm and your body feels positive in every activities.

This is the best and important to do everyday because this is good to do everyday make you good and your work will be pour and your body will be fit and fine. In exercise there are many rules in which for bigners has feel and have to do hard work in the beginning so they feel some difficulties but after some days they feel very calm and good to do Meditation and Exercise.
